SUMMARY OF POSITION:  To be part of the shop floor team.  This includes installation, balancing and repair of new and used tires.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist Manager and/or Owner in opening of shop; ie: product staging, getting tools ready, etc. for the day.
• Complete customer work orders; ie: tire repairs, installation and balancing of tires, cleaning all mounting surfaces, pressure checks, wheel torqueing, making sure customer wheels are free and clean of mounting lube, etc., disposing of old tires and/or bagging of tires for customers in the vehicle.
• New product preparation; ie: assisting in unloading and loading of new and/or used tires, testing used tires for leaks and defects, repairing used tires, sorting and/or placement of new product in its proper location in the warehouse, labeling tire sizes on product in a clear and easy to see position.
• Organizing supplies; ie: patches, plugs, wheel weights (new and used), wheel nuts, cleaner and testing solution into their proper location throughout the day.
• Completing maintenance as needed to comply with the tool and/or cleaning maintenance schedule.
• Helping and/or sharing knowledge with customer questions, etc. when the situation arises.
• Assist Manager and/or Owner in the daily closing procedures.
